Holy Spirt rain...

Lakeland, Florida. My hometown. The place that if I got an offer to go back I'd drop everything. It's an unspoken desire of my heart. I will go wherever the Lord leads, but if I could choose...

Starting at the very beginning of April a church brought in an evangelist for a week of revival. Well...that revival hasn't stopped and it's moved from all of the big arenas in the area...to an air field that seats 12,000 people. And it's packed. I wish, I was there.

God TV (channel 365 on Directv) shows it live at night...it's incredible it sends shudders and chills up and down my body. You think God can't reach you through the tv?
You think God can't hear you when you scream?
You think God can't move through a song on the radio, or a song from your cd, or the sound of Creation?
You're telling me that God can't reach you through the touch of another person?
You're telling me that you can sit through an entire Sunday morning and say that God wasn't screaming for YOU????

...have you lost your mind?

This selfish society in which we lives says that when we go to church we must be entertained, and God has to come through overdone powerpoints, and action packed "worship". WORSHIP??? Do you even know what that is anymore? Go read the Psalms. Go back to the beginning.

Are you trying to tell me that God can't move through an old hymn sung just by the organ? It doesn't have to be a huge stage, with big flashing lights, and a top-of-the-line band.
Who said a talented praise band creates worship???

God said BELIEVE and you. will. receive.
...so what are you waiting for?

People are watching God tv from all over the world. And they are responding of the Lord touching their lives, one by one. Night after night after night.

IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE CALLED "REVIVAL"...for God to move.

It requires you to OPEN your heart.

Oh...that sounds so simple...okay, I'll pray my little prayer and then BAM! it'll happen. No, it doesn't work like that.
Get past judging the singer, get past judging the prayer, get past judging the preacher/speaker.

GET REAL!

God CAN use you. God WANTS to use you. Can you admit to yourself that you want to be used?

Lord use my life for Your glory. I am open and ready for You to take over my life like never before.

GET fired up about something!!! Get excited about something!!! Pick a side and then go forward full force!

In the end you'll see, it's worth it. Every minute being used by God is worth it.
