Another "one of those weeks"

Things have been overwhelming lately. It's been "one of those weeks" for a couple weeks now. The cool thing is if I can just make it to Thursday I will be good to go.

I failed this last test in the class I'm not doing well in. I am still hanging on with a C but it's borderline and I would prefer to bring it up from a 71 to at least a 78 so I don't have to sweat as much. I got a tutor...I feel stupid because of it but there's no other way I can manage to make a good grade on this last test without it.

Now on to the good stuff that has been keeping me looking forward to this next weekend for so long. Well Thursday is the Health Fair at Big Island Elementary School. All of my buddies in my health class will be doing skits and dressing up crazy and we'll be missing all of school that day. It's going to be so much fun!

Even better than that is this next weekend. I get to spend Friday night and Saturday in Virginia Beach with a very cute boy and some other people in my department. We are going to the 2009 VAHPHERD Conference where we will be teaching a few of the dances we have learned in Tumbling and Rhythmic Movement class this semester. It's FULLY paid for!!! It's gonna be so much fun and I'm going to get to hang out with cute boy and hopefully he'll make a move or at least I can find out more information about him ;) We'll see.

Besides that homework never stops, projects are now becoming due, I never get a break from having to teach in class (which isn't that bad except I'm tired of being on edge because teaching is for a grade always). I need a break desperately but even the first two days of Thanksgiving break I'll be working at my practicum.

I need a release and I really hope this weekend trip gives me that. Pictures will come and then you can finally get a glimpse of him ;)
